We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager Europe OSA (M / F / D) to join our EMEA Business Development team in Munich or any other European location .

Principle duties and essential functions
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager Europe OSA (M / F / D) will be to develop the European Time & Sync Business in order to support OSA growth strategy and winning large / innovative projects and accounts.
You will also be responsible for analyzing and structuring potential use cases and provide market feedback in order to align OSA strategic direction.
Tasks and responsibilities
Development of business with power utilities, broadcast, defense, government and alternative PNT
Penetrate primarily new sync verticals for OSA on top of telecom
Strengthen the leading position of the company and its reputation for excellence
Ensure the sale and promotion of products and services
Manage a regional network of Value Added Resellers (VARs)
Ensure the implementation, coordination and support of an active and effective network of VARs
Ensure the implementation of the strategy of launching new products
Ensure the exploration of new projects, new customers and new markets
Knowledge, skills and experience required
10 years’ experience in Sales / Business Development at international level in the government and or power industries ideally with an expertise on Time & Sync technology
Recognized as natural leader with Sales attitude
Team player, able to master and operate in complex setup
Hard worker, fully committed with passion to win
Fluent both in oral and written English. Other European language skills are a definitive plus.
