A role to translate business challenges into marketing opportunities based on brand, market and client insights and to lead or assist on marketing, brand and business strategic projects
A chance to lead on strategy of key projects across the marketing departments, working with various teams including the senior management
The responsibility for overseeing the creation of project documents to the respective Management Committees or Boards for information or decision-making
The chance to steer the innovation and manage the Marketing & Sponsorship intelligence cycle to propose the most suitable marketing thrusts
Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy and business strategy development as well as expertise on various strategic models / tools with special focus on marketing, branding and customer journey areas experience in marketing execution is a plus
Outstanding negotiation and influencing as well as analytical skills, including an understanding of data and client research
Experience in leading and presenting challenging projects across various hierarchy levels and across departments or areas and ability to make complex topics or roadmaps easy to understand to stakeholders and top management
Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with leadership teams and stakeholders within and outside marketing
Diplomatic and winning personality, yet being assertive and resilient to get things done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
