Manage and oversee a team of analysts being in charge of sales analysis, trends identification and establishment of conclusions and recommendations in order to improve commercial success
Manage and oversee analytics within european business unit and ensure that stakeholders have access to appropriate information
Plan and direct the work of a team that fully support field operation (sales crediting, sales trends, customer inventory, technology needs, etc.
and the field sales team
Identify and address current and future technology needs of the organization and partner with cross-functional stakeholders in order to ensure the most effective technologies are in place for both the sales operations team and the field sales team

INSEAD MBA required
Financial planning and analysis, sales operations or business strategy / planning experience
People management experience
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet short deadlines in a competitive environment.
Proven successful project management leadership skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills as well as strong decision making abilities
Medical device experience strongly preferred
Ability to work and excel within a dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
