In order to complete our new Order-to-Cash (O2C)team, we are currently looking for a CustomerSolutions Analyst.
In this position, you will help us to implementthe new way of working in Customer Service. You will implement and drive ournew O2C process to gain in efficiency and to win in Customer satisfaction.
Youwill work along the entire O2C process, resolve issues, and provide guidancefor the day-today operations.
