Description du poste : Based in our Geneva Corporate Office in Geneva, we are looking for a Corporate Sales Coordinator delivering high-
level of administrative and operational support to the Senior Project Manager - Business Development and the Chief Commercial Officer in defined areas and projects in order to optimise the implementation of the sales strategy at the corporate, regional and hotel level.
Key Responsibilities : Administrative support
Strong administrative and operational support to the Senior Project Manager - Business Development, VPs and Chief Commercial Officer, including travel arrangements,calendar management, confidential secretarial duties, provide needed information prior to meetings, draft announcements
Act as an internal mediator between departments at Corporate, Regional and Hotel level.
Build, consolidate and review the Business Development Department annual budget in line with the departmental and company strategies
Consolidate and analyse the monthly P&L and reforecast of the Business Development Department
Help to organize ad-hoc sales meetings and conference calls
Maintain the content on the intranet
HR follow-up on recruitments and new joiners Collaboration with Global Hotel Alliance / G-Leads (Cross-selling tool)
Ensure Kempinski business interest is at the forefront of all GHA actions to ensure performance targets are reached and exceeded.
Monitor inbound and outbound leads and responses, providing assistance to hotels to ensure proper response times.
Ensure Monthly Definite Report and Brand Invoice Summary are checked diligently and invoices are correctly sent to hotels.
Maintain relationship with property G-leads Champions Quarterly leisure and corporate GSO production
To track and consolidate the quarterly leisure and corporate GSO production
To liaise with the properties in case of incorrect or non-reporting
To liaise with Global Sales Offices on correction of production
