To complete our Marketing department, we are currently looking for a CRM Project Manager with Data science experience to drive Direct Marketing Campaigns and Market Strategy through Campaign Management and analyze their performances and efficiency. Key responsibilities

  • Preparation and deployment of marketing campaigns via the Campaign Management Tool (Adobe Campaign)
  • Deliver campaign post-analysis (results vs. control group) including recommendations through database analysis (SQL language)
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc customer-based analyses driving market strategy through database analysis (SQL language)
  • Pre-launch (volumes estimation and forecast) and post-launch KPIs definition of all direct marketing and activations campaigns
  • Initiate, define and implement direct marketing campaigns
  • Define end-to-end and multi-channel customer experience for CRM activation campaigns
  • Suggest different communication approaches, messages or promotions for each type of customer
  • Define customer targets to be contacted and activated during the campaigns
  • Education and experience

  • Degree in Mathematics / Statistics
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Direct Marketing / CRM within a FMCG or Telecommunication
  • Experience in Campaign management and Database analysis (Adobe Campaign, SPSS, SQL language)
  • Fluent in English & French (German would be an asset)
  • Project Management experience would be an asset
