The Role

Mobile ServiceTechnicians are part of our service teams and are solely responsible for theeffective and efficient day-to-

day service operations ensuring customersatisfaction on location. In this role, you will be responsible for deliveringan impeccable service experience to every Tesla customer during the maintenanceand service of their vehicles.

This role will be a hands-on technical role andyou will also be working at local Service Centers when required. To deliverexcellent service to our customers at all times, Mobile service technicianswill be provided with high quality equipment and have the latest training inour technologies.

Responsibilities :

  • It is your objective to exceed customers’ expectations., Implement high standardsand processes to continuously elevate the overall Mobile service experience
  • As a Mobile ServiceTechnician, You will be in direct contact with the customer, your interactionwith our clients will have a lasting effect on their impressions of our Brand.
  • You will understand every aspect of our objectives as well as our mission. Youwill be integrated into a team pushing for 100% satisfaction.

    We expect you tochampion safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all of youractions and decisions.

  • Technical acumen isrequired you must develop a knowledge of all Tesla products, Service systems,processes and procedures.
  • You will be required to help customers understand thetechnology and the particularities of their vehicles.

  • Carry out basic technical repairs and non HV diagnostic work withoutsupervision, e.g. :
  • oAlert analysis

    oExtensive knowledge of accessories and theirfunctions

    oImplementing Recalls / Bulletins

    oFluid replenishments

    oDoor handle maintenance and adjustments

    oBody Adjustments

  • Prioritize safework and follow all safety instructions and training
  • Work with acollaborative attitude and team spirit
  • Self-managetechnical expertise development
  • Follow all Teslaspecified Repair Guidelines to the accepted Quality levels
  • Support otherService centers on an as- needed basis
  • Develop andmaintain your own individual development plan
  • Operate a varietyof hand, power, and shop tools
  • Maintain tools andequipment.
  • Maintain records oftime, expenses and materials
  • Respect deadlinesand planning obligations
  • Requirements :

  • 3-4years Technical work experience in a related technology (Aeronautics, Engines,Electrical, Automotive, Marine etc.)
  • Basiccommand of the English Language
  • ValidDriver’s license
  • Apassion for Tesla and a sound understanding of the company and its mission.
  • Demonstratesa safety minded attitude
  • Motivatedto work in a high paced, dynamic environment.
  • Abilityto follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
  • Multitasking,organize workloads and planning.
  • Workas a team over long distances and achieve common goals.
  • Knowledgeof methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance andrepair in the automotive industry.
  • Bestrategic and proactive. You must think and plan ahead.
