to-end responsibility from coffee sourcing to marketing, delivering premium coffee products and services to the end-consumer through its diverse sales channels (Retail, e-Commerce, CRC).

As an , you will drive the sales, ensure implementation of the yearly plan (marketing, sales, training, and quality) by the agent and guarantee the full application of the distribution agreement.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit to management the yearly commercial and marketing activity plan considering regional specificities and challenges
  • Define and negotiate yearly targets and also ensure sales objectives are met
  • Monitor and review the results with the Agent on a monthly and quarterly basis (plan, sales and KPIs)
  • Coordinate the marketing activities in collaboration with B2B Marketing Manager (brochures, digital banner, events)
  • Manage internal stakeholders to enable the Agent to deliver the plan
  • Provide a platform to exchange best practices between in the market
  • Identify development opportunities together with our partner (business and people development)
  • Ensure regular communication to market and HQ teams (processes, actions, success of implementation of defined actions)
  • Required Profile

  • University degree ideally in Sales
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales management
  • Experience in third parties management and solid experience in negotiation
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to solid commercial experience is mandatory
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, Fluency in English and good level of French
  • Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work and residence permit&
