Lead the Laboratory quality control team.
Provide coaching, training, and development of associates in the performance oftheir quality control duties.
Responsible for the training of the Laboratory employees and warehouseemployees on areas where the process interacts with Laboratory.
Lead the Laboratory operation in accordance to the pre-defined procedures andcGMP.
Responsibile for premises, workplaces, equipment, methods and documentation
Ensuring timely release, stability and product analysis
Contact person for official inspections and customer audits for your own area.
Ensure deadline, compliance and correct execution of analysis orders, methodtransfers and laboratory activities.
Ensure raw data review and verification of results in eLIMS.
Responsible for the creation and execution of NC and CAPAs in the Lab area
Ensure Laboratory procedures are up to date and when necessary create new orupdate existing procedure and documents.
Responsible for cleanliness and compliance to the cGMP, safety and laborregulations of the laboratory area.
Support improvement and labor related projects
Manage day to day performance andassure accountability of team members.
Bachelor degree or equivalent
4+ years of related experience
Ability to use Laboratory Software Applications such us Laboratory Execution Systems and Laboratory Information Management Systems.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to interact well with peers and colleagues.
Strong communication skills; oral and in writing
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office package
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in German and English
