Defining and implementing the group wide Operation Technology Security strategy and roadmap
Ensure alignment with overall OT Strategy and built up OT Security Awareness at OT engineers
Define group wide OT standards an implement / support monitoring and controlling of Operation Technology Security guidelines on a corporate level
Establish a comprehensive OT asset Inventory
Define Operation Technology Security organization implementation across all business units
Ensures an effective communication between the business operation technology responsible / ICS / SCADE / MES Developers, key users and the IT Department
Consulting and accompanying business and OT projects
Monitor performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate / advise / assist according to performance levels
Support risk assessments and monitoring security trends and legislations specifically to OT
You have a bachelor degree in information technology or a vocational training apprenticeship in information technology
You have a sound understanding of production technologies such as Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, MES, IoT etc.
An understanding of business and production processes and of integration of Operation Technology and Information Technology is preferred
You have a sound understanding of the current threats as well as possible countermeasures dedicated to Operation Technology
OT integration in existing IT landscape
Basic knowhow in IT infrastructure (Client / Server) and IT network and network Security
You see yourself as teamplayer, you have a pragmatic way of working, a critical way of thinking and problem-solving skills
Current security certifications are highly desired
You have a high working knowledge of English, a good command of German would be an advantage
Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
