Job Responsibilities :
Lead, build, and maintain epidemiology-based market models, business cases (forecast and ROI), and evaluation analysis for different therapeutic area (TA) products.
Lead and coordinate the commercial assessment of the early portfolio programs in close collaboration with R&D dept.
Perform specific competitive intelligence assessments (company level and TA level) and keep oversight of key market players.
Coordinate and execute market research efforts (primary, secondary) for different Therapeutic Areas, with Marketing team.
Support due diligence teams in business development initiatives.
Collaborate cross functionally with internal corporate and country affiliate colleagues to understand business issues.
Conduct rigorous analytics to uncover new business opportunities / insights and establish benchmarks to support the development of actionable strategic recommendations based on findings.
Identify project strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement according to the functionality of applications.
Skills and Requirements :
MBA, Business, or Science degree.
English fluent, French an asset.
Global understanding of Pharma business and industry, across various disciplines / functions (e.g., payors, providers, development and commercial).
At least 5 years' experience in pharma consulting, strategic planning / competitive intelligence at a biopharmaceutical company with a focus on the life science sector is required (combination thereof would be a plus).
Experience in assessing / forecasting oncology or orphan drugs products preferred.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
