Mission

We are looking for a strong cybersecurity sales engineer who enjoys working in a high-paced environment. Your mission will be to promote technical excellence in sales and presales activities and to create and defend commercial proposals for our customers.

You will place a key role in helping us meet our client’s cybersecurity challenges with strong Kudelski Security offerings.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will be to :

  • Deliver professional, high quality commercial proposals to our sales team that describe the recommended offering
  • Manage RFP bids, coordinating input from multiple groups and building our tender responses
  • Assess customer requirements / objectives and work with our lines of business to identify our technical and business value propositions to meet the customer’s needs
  • Pitch and demonstrate our technical solutions to potential customers, including management of proof-of-value exercises along with our vendor partners
  • This role involves

  • Obtaining and maintaining a breadth of technical knowledge in cybersecurity, including our own products and services portfolio
  • Technical writing
  • Working in close collaboration with the team members from the Sales team, the Service Delivery team and the Marketing team.
  • Building up and maintain close working relations with engineers, project managers, sales and sales operations so you can quickly deliver offers that address the client’s needs
  • Working constructively with others to address service issues and implement improvement opportunities
  • Being committed to finding solutions to key client problems
  • Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security find the best possible services for our clients so that ultimately the Kudelski Security business overachieves on its results and make our customer’s lives more secure.

    Requirements / Profile

    You have a

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity field
  • Track record of proven success in customer facing experiences
  • Very good understanding of cybersecurity industry forces and trends
  • Good knowledge of security commercial solutions (network, application, endpoint)
  • Good understanding of sales lifecycle process
  • Very strong experience in building documents in MS Word
  • Strong experience in technical writing in English
  • You are :

  • Highly committed to delivering quality work at all times and are at ease working with tight deadlines
  • Someone who systematically delivers on time, meets key milestones and knows the exact progress status of every offer you’re working on
  • Motivated by gaining the trust and respect of the customer and able to quickly understand the customer’s business and what is important to them
  • Passionate about learning new technology and how it applies to customer challenges, as well as being curious and eager to build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio.
  • Very capable of working with others to enhance work processes, structures and revenue
  • Are excited to play a key role in generating positive results for the business
  • Flexibility to travel, up to 50 % of the time, in customer premises in Switzerland / Europe
  • This would be a plus

  • Experience in some of these areas : Endpoint Detection and Response, SIEM, Cloud Security, Managed Services, Application Security
  • Certification in any of the following : CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001
  • Languages :

  • Fluent English and German, French an asset
