GENERAL SUMMARY

The CRM Coordinator is responsible the execution of CRM and Database marketing strategies, campaigns and tools to connect with consumers throughout the purchase funnel, from planning to execution.

Commerce, mono brand stores and key wholesale partners.

The objectives of this role are to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, improve brand health metrics and MROI across all channels with a focus on e-Commerce.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the execution of CRM strategies with Senior Digital Marketing Manager to fulfill EMEA market needs, ensuring global consistency and local relevancy.
  • Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns and tools, collaborating with all Marketing functions to fuel demand for the brand and our products, across all channels.
  • Integrate Marketing / eCommerce / Retail / Sales / Product feedback to address market needs and improve Go To Market execution
  • Integrate consumer insights to deliver effective consumer led digital campaigns and brand experiences.
  • Track and report CRM marketing performances with weekly and monthly reports to share during the meetings with other colleagues and / or agency
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic : University Degree, Bachelor or Master level in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Experience : at least 2 years experience in a CRM role including e-commerce marketing.
  • Deep understanding of The North Face brand with a passion for the outdoor and athletic industries.
  • CRM skills : Salesforce Service & Marketing Cloud knowledge are mandatory. Additionally, Google Analytics, Excel, Power point will be used on a daily basis.
  • Language skills : Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Notions of German, French, Spanish and Italian would be a plus.
