For our ComSys marketing team, based in Murten, we are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager (m / f) to define, create and implement overall communication strategies for certain ComSys product lines.

Your tasks and responsibilities :
Define and implement overall communication strategy for product / platform launches as well as for commercial initiatives
Ownership of the launch marketing communication plans (tools and actions) across all touch-points.
Ensure communication strategies are brought alive in winning communication campaigns relevant to the target group.
Responsible to coordinate and execute / steer the various Comsys related Digital marketing activities (e.g. social media)
Organize market related PR activities and maintain external relations e.g. in direct marketing or advertising and manage the company website(s)
Organize booth at professional exhibits and fairs, dealers or distributors meetings
Make sure that the activities are within the assigned budgets and branding guidelines
Depending on the tasks, close collaboration with the ComSys product managers and / or sales managers
Ensure Phonak brand values and CD / CI (visual, language, style) are reflected
Lead and manage creative agency. Create clear strategy briefs to achieve effective communication idea developments
Keep track of budget and manage spend accordingly
Your profile :
Basic commercial education, further Education in marketing communications
Web design or social media
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in developing and implementing marketing campaigns with a broad mix of tools for B2B and B2C environments
Creativity and ability to change, result orientation
Analytical and conceptual thinking, organized and structured
Team player, flexible, excellent communicator
Ability to establish and foster cooperative business relationships
Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural projects, strong presentation and communication skills
German or French native speaker, with excellent knowledge of the other language and English
