On behalf of our client, an international pharma company based near Neuchâtel, we are searching for an

Customer Service Representative - 1 year assignment



DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
  • You are in charge of order management
  • You respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries (distributors, affiliates)
  • You ensure the RMP is available for specific products
  • You review all terms and conditions, including price
  • You issue commercial invoices, proforma, credit notes and commissions
  • You track shipments supervise delivery dates and provide relevant information to customer
  • You issue or review shipping documents or any other documents needed for export, import and banks
  • You interact with inventory management ans warehouses for order fulfilment
  • You update and maintain Supply database (orders, product returns, credit notes)
  • You are in charge of invoice/credit memo and credit return management
  • You prepare the monthly documents required by Finance


PROFIL ATTENDU:
  • Business/administrative school graduate
  • Similar experience within an international company, pharma/biotech/medical company a strong asset
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong PC experience and Microsoft programmes, SAP and Oracle is a plus
  • Ability to work and perform productively and with limited supervision in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Available for a temporary mission (12 months)
