Job Summary (Primary function)
The Senior Manager ERP Finance is responsible for supporting the planning, development, testing, implementation, and support activities associated with the Incyte SAP Ecosystem (primarily SAP S4).
These activities are closely aligned to the Incyte global financial process needs. The primary SAP areas of focus for this role include Controlling, Product Costing and CO-PA.
The incumbent identifies and promotes continuous improvement opportunities to enable SAP functionality / capability that will enhance and / or optimize business processes.
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating their activities in conjunction with operational delivery services from approved external providers.
Their activities will be to support and work collaboratively with members of the IT and Business Teams. The incumbent follows all relevant SOPs and internal controls to ensure compliancy with security, financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
Individual must have a thorough understanding of the main business processes within finance operations.
Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
Experience in VAT and Indirect Taxes is a plus.
