About The Team
At Group Sustainability we enable sustainable and profitable growth for Swiss Re by driving the Group Sustainability Strategy.
We strive for sustainability leadership within our industry, and we quantify and measure our progress. We partner with Business Units and Group Functions to embed sustainability in all aspects of our business and to drive sustainability related initiatives.
We engage with sustainability partners including clients, investors, rating agencies and regulators to identify, assess and steer sustainability topics and to position Swiss Re.
We coordinate and substantiate communication and reporting of sustainability internally and externally. We work in an agile environment using scrum.
In your role, you have deep understanding of sustainability matters and what they mean for insurance, which enables you to support related initiatives in collaboration with our colleagues in the business and supporting functions.
You are part of an agile team that drives sustainability at Swiss Re.
