We are currently seeking a Product Manager for our Oncology team in the Swiss Affiliate, based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

The successful candidate will mainly focus on developing and implementing launch and marketing strategies, plans, promotional and educational programs in Oncology within the Swiss Market in the area of solid tumors, including a potential launch asset.

Additional responsibilities include :

Lead the cross-functional Disease Team and partner with all relevant stakeholders on national and international level

Develop and implement the strategic launch & brand plan in alignment with the international brand plan to drive commercial success in Switzerland

Set up and maintain a fruitful partnership with Swiss Key Opinion Leaders regarding all aspects relevant for the market success of the Oncology Solid Tumor Business

Responsible for planning and implementation of all promotional activities within the marketing mix in accordance with Swiss regulations

Ensure conception and effective roll-out of marketing campaigns and patient-centric solutions & partnerships

Analyze and process extensive market data / intelligence and incorporate the findings into the planning process

Provide coaching and close interaction with the sales organization to plan and execute the most effective activity mix

Perform planning and controlling of cost and sales budgets in close collaboration with Sales, Finance and Business Unit Head

Develop business opportunities, by providing strong business cases for additional resource

Keep up to date with all new information / data for the brand and its competitors and utilize the information to provide a competitive advantage for the brand

Be an active member of the international marketing and cross functional team and develop and manage relationships with other Amgen colleagues

Support the Business Unit Head during preparation for Management presentations, Business Reviews, Sales analyses, Incentive plan design or modifications, etc.

Collaborate with other Amgen Business Units, such as Biosimilar Business Unit, in order to identify opportunities for collaboration, optimization and synergies

Your Profile :

Minimum Requirements :

You have a Scientific degree or master’s in science

You possess a minimum of 5 years’ pharma industry and minimum of 2 years product management or marketing experience, preferably in Oncology

You are a strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally, especially with the Sales and Medical teams

Documented track record of product launch

Ability to think strategically, as well as to act operationally

Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical Market

Proficiency in German and English, solid knowledge of French is a plus

Preferred Requirements

Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company

Minimum 2 years of experience in a US pharmaceutical company

Market research, Project Management, Market Access and / or Sales experiences in the pharmaceutical industry are a plus

Knowledge and experience in design thinking and agile ways of working

International exposure and cultural sensitivity through education and residence / work
