Division Marketing Director - Energy Transition & Digital Location : multiple locations in EMEA The Marketing Director for Eaton's newly created Energy Transition and Digital Division is a pivotal role on the leadership team - reporting to the Division's Senior Vice-President and General Manager.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, passionate and innovative leader with extensive experience of software marketing and a passion for the central role electrification will play in the transition to a zero carbon energy future.
This individual will support the Division SVP and GM and the VP / GMs of the Division's main product lines with the development of strategic marketing plans, value propositions, value pricing as well as the go-to-market strategy and supporting outbound demand generation plans for Eaton's new suite of intelligent power management software and services offers.
The primary functions of this role encompass : Develop positioning for software and services offers working with product management that is both compelling and differentiating in the market.
Ensure all required product master data and product marketing content delivered on time and consistently meeting all the requirements of sales organizations, partners and customers.
Communicate the value proposition of all the Division's offers to the sales team and oversee development of the collateral and other sales toolkits to support the process.
Manage product and segment launches along with product management to introduce new offers, target adjacent market and drive major software releases.
Gather customer and market intelligence on Eaton's clients and prospects, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to win against them.
Support the development of the Division's product roadmap, waterlining, definition of M&A targets, profit planning as well as the Division segment strategy alignment.
Work with the EMEA field marketing director to develop the demand generation strategy and inform the programs that drive demand for our digital offers and services.
