  • A role as a strategic partner to the business responsible for the identification, selection, acquisition, and hiring of senior Relationship Managers.
  • This role can be based either in Zurich or in Geneva

  • The responsibility for delivering growth to the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Non Resident Indian (NRI) markets, through the acquisition of Relationship Management talents

  • The responsibility to manage the sourcing, identification, and qualifying of prospective front office candidates for Credit Suisse.
  • This is delivered through :

  • Networking, both over the phone and in person, with Relationship Managers internally and externally
  • Desk based research via the web and the Strategic Recruitment database
  • Partnering with the Strategic Recruitment Lead for Middle East & Turkey as well as Africa & NRI to act quickly on hiring opportunities and by producing ongoing call lists to maintain contact with senior profiles in the market
  • The opportunity to conduct strategic research in the form of market mappings and qualitative information on competitor platforms, identifying opinion leaders and the top Relationship Managers in the market
  • The responsibility to ensure that all market intelligence is accurately captured in the database to support future research and hiring initiatives
  • The possibility to proactively develop candidate pipelines
  • Close collaboration with the Human Resources community and various specialist units as well as the possibility to build strong relationships with line managers and external networks
  • You Offer

  • Experience as a Recruiter in Relationship Manager hiring (experience in a Head Hunting firm is a clear asset) or other front roles within the financial sector;
  • or research experience in an executive search firm; or experience as a Relationship Manager or another front role

  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage numerous research projects and hiring cases at the same time
  • High process and detail orientation
  • Solid academic background
  • Strong communication skills over the phone, by email, and in person in English, other market or platform-specific languages are a plus
  • Excellent assessment skills
  • A team-oriented personality who is able to work independently and under pressure, and take accountability for actions
  • An enthusiastic self-starter who is proactive and intuitive
  • High ethical values
