To strengthen our global teams, we are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the design and development of digital learning content for our employees worldwide.
The position of L&D Specialist is a full-time and one-year fixed-term position based in our office in Belgrade, with option to convert in a permanent employment with career opportunities.
Responsibilities :
analyze the company structures, career paths and training system in place
outline strategies and methods to improve the current learning and development practices
organize trainings in the fields of leadership, communication, time and stress management
ensure the training journey is aligned with the individual career path
lead the planning and execution of global projects ensuring the implementation and application of new structures & practices in our European offices (ES, UK, PL, RO, RS)
collaborate closely with colleagues in different departments and offices like IT, HR, Office Managers
prepare regular reports to your supervisor and the Management
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master’s degree with major in Economics or HR
minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within L&D, Project Management experience is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English skills, other languages are beneficial
IT affinity in general and experience with at least one training system
proactive, structured way of working and a self-starter mentality
capability to work in a dynamic, international environment
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
