Our offerDirectly reporting to the Plant Manager and functionally to the global Operational excellence team, you are involved in the definition and implementation of an integrated Lean management strategy.
You identify the needed Lean methods and tools, introduce them actively and are responsible for the training and development of our internal Lean specialists.
Together with the department leaders, you guide and apply major initiatives related to Lean manufacturing, ensuring that the Lean culture is broadly and successfully established across all production sections.
You monitor the progress of the planned measures, analyze and evaluate the chosen methods in order to constantly improve the implementation processes.
Additionally, you organize various process improvement events to empower and coach our employees in Lean management, using your team building experience and project management skills.
You are a leader of change, and ensure that the Lean culture is deeply adopted within the organization.Your profileYou have a university degree in engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical or similar).
Ideally, you obtained a valid certification in Lean management, preferably in Lean Six Sigma, and therefore you have extensive knowledge of lean tools and continuous improvement processes.
You have at least 7-10 years of working experience in Lean production, favorable in an automotive or medical devices environment, where you successfully applied several change management concepts.
You have already gained experience of managing and developing teams.You are an autonomous and proactive manager with excellent communication skills.
Moreover, you have outstanding organizational and planning skills and you are characterized by a strong analytical, self-organized and highly flexible personality.
You value an international working environment where you can use your very good command of English and German both spoken and written.
