Your role : Our BioDevelopment team located across Europe, US & APAC, is currently looking for a Sales Developer to join them and be in charge of Switzerland, Italy, Spain as well as Middle East.

You will be working alongside counterparts covering the remaining part of Europe. We're offering a comprehensive set of Biotech CDMO services (from cell line development, process development down to GMP manufacturing using mammalian cells expression systems).

Our differentiated business model is dedicated to biotech companies looking for a development partner from the earliest to latest clinical phases up to commercial.

You will be part of a global sales development team accountable to meet or exceed the yearly orders and revenues targets.

To reach these goals, you will lead and execute the sales tactic on your geographical area of responsibility in liaison with the internal technical & delivery partners.

Thank to your professional network, your personal experience in selling complex consultative projects and your good understanding of the biological drug development process, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining influential relationships with board members and decision makers from innovative biotech start-up and mid-size Biopharma companies.

You will have full accountability to build long term collaborations with customers and help them to fulfil their strategic biological drugs development & GMP manufacturing objectives.

This challenging Sales Development role needs an entrepreneurial mind set and a high degree of creativity and responsiveness to match the market expectations in a competitive landscape.

This role will be home-based.

Who you are

  • Master Degree (or minimum Bachelor Degree) in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biotechnology...)
  • Several years of experience in sales. A previous sales experience including proven track records in complex consultative selling (CRO / CDMO / CMO) will be appreciated
  • Very good communication skills with a natural ability to network and negotiate with decision makers at CxO’s and executives level.
  • Strong self-motivation, proactive and positive attitude, works independently (and in a team)
  • Flexible and willing to travel to optimize customer engagement; occasional international travel required for internal meetings
  • English required (additional languages advantageous)
