We combine core competencies in asset management with sector-specific expertise and a deep industry network.
You participate in the identification, analysis and examination of potential direct investment opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector, bringing in own investment ideas
You have the opportunity to take part in fundraising activities, including the preparation of fund- and investment-specific presentations for our existing and prospective investors
Responsibility for executing and maintaining financial modeling and analysis as well as carrying out company and asset valuations
You take on independent research on specific markets as well as identification of potential investment opportunities
Being part of the coordination of sub-streams in the acquisition process, in particular due diligence work streams, such as commercial, technical and accounting & tax
You prepare investment memoranda as a basis for investment decisions for the investment committee

You have a university degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or natural / engineering sciences with above-
average success, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance
You possess 1-2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity; or you have recently completed your studies with a Master degree and have gained meaningful experience through internships
Your knowledge in corporate finance, including understanding of financial modeling and accounting allows you to contribute to our team's success
Being a confident and convincing personality enables you to use your excellent communication skills when presenting towards senior management or other internal partners
You are fluent in German and English , fluency in French or in a Scandinavian language would be an advantage
