Senior Business System Analyst - Quality (temporary for 3 years)

As the Senior Business System Analyst in QA Application Management you provide global subject matter expertise and quality oversight for master data and processes in ERP.

In addition you provide expertise and consulting as the Regional Quality Superuser in ForWard (Europe / EEMEA ERP) and Quality Master Data.

Key responsibilities are :

  • Provide end-user assistance and Quality oversight as defined in Quality Policies, Standards and Computer Software Validation
  • Lead or participate in business initiatives, IT projects, process improvements, and Inspection Prep / Support activities by providing subject matter expertise.
  • Also, lead or participate in new system design and ensure that established goals and timelines are met. Finally, ensure the smooth introduction of new functionalities including user acceptance testing

  • Provide support and design of ForWard QM ad-hoc reports as needed for Inspections / Audits and business purposes
  • Initiate, investigate and close complex investigations and discrepancies
  • Evaluate and coordinate ForWard QM Scope Change requests and provide approval for GxP relevant changes as well as evaluate issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Organize ForWard QM community meetings and attend ForWard Regional Superuser meetings
  • Who you are

    The Senior Business System Analyst role requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferably in a Life Science with 5 to 10 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or related industry as well as experience with Master Data Management, ERP and Quality.

    Other key requirements are :

  • Sound knowledge of cGMP or equivalent regulations as well as the ability to drive quality assessments and investigations
  • Strong quality mindset with leadership and project management experience, including understanding of life cycle planning
  • Analytical and / or computer skills sufficient to understand data requirements and interdependencies, to solve problems through effective troubleshooting and to suggest viable solutions
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead both with and without authority as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a proactive, positive and constructive manner
