We Offer

  • An exciting and diverse role as part of the Credit Suisse Chief Operating Officer Corporate Function's Strategic Execution & Change team focused on transformational change for the Bank's Group Business Support Services (GBSS)
  • Responsible for overseeing the entire portfolio of change initiatives for the respective department, supporting the departmental change leads in delivering multiple projects across a number of functional areas, including : Real Estate & Workplace Strategy, Facilities Management, Capital Projects, Global Security Services, Global General Services
  • Work closely with the department head of Global Security Service and direct reports, to identify key business issues, gather and understand data to determine areas of opportunity, and develop solutions to further optimize service delivery to the Bank
  • Plan, manage and execute the departments project portfolio of strategic change initiatives and facilitate decision making and alignment across varied stakeholders and constituents
  • Drive implementation and manage strategic change projects in Global Security Service from inception through to successful conclusion, including regular project status reporting, risk and issue reporting, senior leadership escalation and the development of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and benefits tracking to ensure success can be empirically measured
  • Serve as an advocate of the overall GBSS strategy and change agenda, including promoting the methodologies, standards and tools to deliver effective transformation across the organization
  • University degree
  • 5 7 years’ experience as change manager preferably in the financial industry / Corporate Real Estate groups / Security Service
  • Experience in utilizing leading Project Management methods and tools (including common Microsoft products)
  • Excellent program management skills and ability to help drive successful plans and solutions
  • Capability to influence key stakeholders and experience in how to manage them
  • Experience in delivering projects in a highly complex organization and developing and presenting materials to senior executives
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
