Our People & Purpose (HR) department will play a key role in this.Our Learning & Development team is looking for you!Deloitte Learning & Development is part of the People & Purpose (Human Resources) function - we welcome applicants who are looking for a varied and exciting role in a fast-moving and friendly international environment.

Based in our Zürich office, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end learning program administration and collaborate closely with the business representatives to ensure alignment of trainings.

What you can expect from us* You will ensure business needs are addressed in the Learning portfolio and manage the portfolio as well as determine gaps* You will work within the L&D team to identify relevant learning interventions, initiatives and delivery models in your squad* You will be responsible for tracking and updating the internal learning database and for the training, coordination and administration* You will advise internal stakeholders on learning requests and provide reports* You will develop strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and external support teams* You will oversee Learning Policies and will act as point of contact for delivery related learning topics* Collect business input for the learning programs and reflect back and support our Strategic Learning Lead* Build budget information accordingly and monitor spends* Create and update documentations, policies etc.

  • Collaborate within various L&D projectsYour qualifications* You have a commercial degree with further education in HR or a Bachelor degree in Social sciences* You have 2-4 years professional experience within L&D in an comparable position, Big4 experience is an advantage* You have excellent organizational as well as time management skills* You have a proactive mind-set and the ability to work independently and proactively, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels and being a strong team player* You have the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, by keeping attention to detail and manage tight timescales* You have excellent communication skills and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
