This opportunity is focused onExpedia Group’s revenue performance solution for vacation rental partners.We are looking for a revenue managementspecialistwho will have full ownership tohelpvacation rentalpartnersgloballyincrease their revenue performance by working alongside Expedia Group’s partner successteams.
This isa ground-floor opportunity tohelp shape the future ofrevenue performance solutions at Expedia Group and reports toGM, Revenue Performance Solutions, Lodging & Vacation Rental.
The successful individual is a collaborative self-starterresponsible for owning end-to-end deliverables,identifyingand evaluating key opportunities & risks.
This person will be responsible for measuring the business impact and create solutions to overcome hurdles in a fast-paced environment.

Lead initiatives(with vacation rental partners & the partner success team)that will elevate revenueperformancecompetencies andawareness of the revenue performance solution
Collaborate withengagedpartners using consultative conversations and leveraging your knowledge ofthe revenuemanagementdiscipline
Develop best practices playbooks that anyvacation rentalpartnerscan follow todrive revenue performance
Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to formalize the strategy and execution plan for increasingthe totalactivepropertieson the revenue performance solution
Prioritize initiatives & unlock potential roadblocks in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Be the voice of the vacation rental partner for all things related to revenue performance
Who you are :
Have a solid understanding of the revenue management discipline(as it relates to hospitality & travel)and passionate about the vacation rental / short term rentalspace.
Minimum5-years of hands-onrevenuemanagement experiencein the vacation rental industry oreither at ahotelcompanypreferably at a regional or cluster level managing multiple properties
Comfortable with data interpretation, analysis,developingrevenue managementstrategies& tactics
Demonstrated ability to effectivelymanage &influenceinternal & external stakeholdersto drive impactful change
Demonstrated ability toemphathizewithpartner’sneeds and identify creative solutions
Established experience in working with external partners, with a history of turning around partner relationships to drive improvement
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets& driving commercial outcomes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suiteespeciallyExcel,PowerPoint, & Word.
