Development of safety-oriented FPGAs and modules for avionics products, ranging from simple hardware solutions to complex real-time systems.
Implementation of FPGAs from design in RTL to synthesis and place & route. Meet timing closure and perform chip sign-off.
Verification and test of FPGA and IP designs in both simulation and in-target tests.
Participation in reviews of RTL code and documentation for DO-254 certification.
Projects may include real-time processing solutions such as image / video processing, high speed serial links (e.g. PCIe, LVDS, chip-to-chip interconnects), DDR memory, and DMA controllers.
The successful candidates will be resilient and able to work in a challenging and very dynamic environment, with good interpersonal skills
A 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Demonstrated electronics lab skills for bring-up tests and troubleshooting
Required knowledge of scripting : e.g. Tcl, Python, Lua
Demonstrated skills in coding in VHDL.
A minimum of 5 years of FPGA or digital ASIC development.
Fluent in English
Proficient in writing clear technical documentation in English
Experience with Xilinx and MicroSemi FPGA platforms is a plus
Experience in safety DO-254 development or equivalent is a plus
Experience in common interfaces (AXI4, SERDES, PCIe, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of UVM and SystemVerilog is a plus
Proficiency in French is a plus
Project management skills (tasks definition, planning setup, tracking ) is a plus
