Your ROLE with us The Role :
Digital Media Planner who drives and elevates our brands’ digital media planning and campaign execution across all the Digital Key Account channels, with a specific focus on Zalando, Amazon and Asos;
Collaborates across brands and functions in a fast paced environment and elevates brand teams’ campaign planning effectiveness;
Helps build a relationship with critical Marketing functions within the Digital Key Accounts, with a specific focus on Zalando (ZMS), Amazon (Advertising) and Asos;
Measured against capability to drive best-in-class campaign planning and execution across multiple brands and channels, with a view to driving higher visibility and revenue growth whilst elevating brand equity. Primary accountabilities :
Driving Best-in-class Digital Media Planning and Execution : collaborate closely with brand marketing teams to help elevate and innovate our Media Planning and Execution activities across all Group Digital Key Account channels;
establish best practices and co-leads execution of key initiatives with our brand marketing teams (traffic generation, audience targeting, on-
site execution, search optimization, content creation and editorial); co-lead specific cross-brand activation initiatives and pilot projects;
Collaboration and Co-creation : help to build winning relationships with all critical Marketing functions within VF across our Brands and external key partners such as Zalando (ZMS) and Amazon Advertising teams and associated agencies;
Apply media planning expertise to ultimately drive business performance, conversion and on-site customer experience : the successful candidate will collaborate with various VF teams to add value to their field of expertise by understanding and analyzing critical key performance indicators, consumer behavior and recommend action plans to drive performance and marketing execution;
Determines suitable media channels and investments for each brand’s markets and audiences;
Plans and monitors digital media budgets, assesses impact and provides ad hoc recommendations based on the findings;
Collaborates closely with brand marketing and wholesale teams and their media agencies to support investment strategies and seasonal GTM execution;
Complements brand marketing teams with a focus on innovation / testing and commercial opportunities;
Applies learnings derived from Consumer Insights and Data Analysis to inform media planning decisions. Skills for Success :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2 3 years of Digital Marketing and / or Media Planning experience (previous Media Agency experience is a plus)
Fluent in English and at least one other EU language with strong writing and oral skillsPersonal Skills :
