You are a dynamic and motivated HR consultant who can proactively and creatively contribute to the HR Swiss function. You enjoy getting involved in various tasks and projects requiring substantial efforts and personal commitment in a changing and resource conscious environment.

You will advise and coach managers and employees on all HR related issues and questions. You will ensure adherence of managers to internal processes, policies and local labor law.

You will work collaboratively with internal and external 3rd parties and support the local implementation of corporate agreements, tools and programs.

Performance management :

  • Give guidance on disciplinary and legal cases to managers and HR function / business partners
  • Provide the legislative perspective to ensure DuPont’s exposure to litigation is minimal and in accordance with our core values
  • Ensure that critical cases are identified and properly managed as early on as possible in the process
  • Support application / implementation of performance management processes
  • Talent management :

  • Support managers in the identification, development and retention of talents across the country
  • Lead university recruitment and manage the apprenticeship program. Conducts interviews with internal and external candidates at all seniority levels
  • Support Compensation & Benefits tasks
  • Termination :

  • Support managers and HR partners in difficult face to face relationships (i.e. : resignation, termination, disciplinary cases)
  • Organisational design :

  • Act as a consultant on optimization of organizational workforce on site / operations related projects
  • Training and development

  • Provide training and workshops around HR related questions and topics to managers and employees
  • Be an active member of the learning network

  • Job Qualifications

  • 8 10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • University Degree Bachelor and / or Master in Human Resources or similar discipline preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Swiss labor law
  • Testing / assessment certifications would be a plus
  • Communicating with impact : Ability to work, interact and present information to various audiences, delivering clear messages on complex issues;
  • and excellent listening skills

  • Analysis and judgement : quickly identify and understand issues and opportunities and choose the appropriate path forward.
  • Strong conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic approach

  • Fluent in English and French written and oral, Italian is an asset
