An exciting opportunity exists for a world class Guest Services Manager to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys to provide tailored concierge services to our guests and effectively manage the operations of the Guest Service team in order to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Manage directly and effectively the Guest Service team;
Ensure guests receive an accurate answer to their questions and an immediate appropriate resolution to their requests;
Monitor complaints and incidents;
Maintain a close working relationship with all heads of departments to efficiently handle any challenges;
Monitor and supervise the Guest Service team training programs;
Ensures all financial transactions and cash flows are correctly processed and recorded.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
Fluent English, oral and written and any 3 additional European languages (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French);
A minimum of 4-years experience in the position with diverse luxury Hospitality and / or luxury Cruise lines;
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Publisher;
Excellent communication and customer care skills;
Problem solving and stress tolerance;
Excellent organization and managerial skills;
Initiative and proactive approach.
