Description

Adecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring candidates fluent in Nordic / Dutch / German and English for a role of Customer Service Representative for his international client.

  • Functions : As the first point of contact to communicate with our customers;Handle inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, chat, and social media;
  • Ensure cases are solved within the agreed SLA;Identify and escalate issues to the relevant team;Adhoc contact center related tasks as assigned;
  • Working alongside the Team Leader, Team Manager, Contact Center Manager, HR Manager, Training & Quality Manager, Customer Success Team, Academy Leader, and Operational IT.

    Requirements

  • Native / C2 level of Nordic / Dutch / German and Written and verbal English skills;Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in Contact Center / Customer Service;
  • Training will be provided;Cars and Electric Vehicles lovers;Familiar with Microsoft 365;Must be able to handle multiple projects and effectively manage different timelines;
  • Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment;Ability to work in shifts;Office location : close to Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon.
