A challenging and exciting position as Senior Business Manager within the COO organization of Human Resources (HR COO) partnering with a wide range of senior partners across HR and Credit Suisse with great potential to further develop and grow as priorities evolve.
This role will focus on :
Working with the HR COO leadership team to develop the HR COO strategy and support the execution, including the delivery against the HR COO mandate and priorities.
Driving the day-to-day business management activities of the HR COO function, including providing strategic and operational support to the HR COO leadership team, supporting stakeholder management activities at various levels, managing HR COO leadership events (e.
g. Leadership meetings, Townhalls, Onsites).
Identifying efficiencies and other improvement opportunities within HR and driving the business case analysis, solution design and end-to-end delivery.
Managing the finances for the HR COO function, including tracking and analyzing operating cost (actual spend vs. budgets), updating forecast, creating multi-
year financial plans and scenario analysis.
Contributing to bank-wide strategic initiatives and projects as a representative of HR.
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You hold a university degree.
You have 8 to 10 years of experience in business management, project management, and / or financial management or similar areas.
You pay attention to detail skills and quality mindset.
You present outstanding stakeholder management skills with ability to efficiently interact with all senior levels of the organization.
Capability to interpret and compile information in order to provide partners and management with adequate information.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and MS Excel; ability to create meaningful presentations conveying complex topics and issues to senior executives up to ExB level.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Team player personality with goal oriented and self-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You are comfortable with your fluency in English; German would be an advantage.
You are dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve.
