In order to complete our Technical & Production Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst . In this position, you will establish and maintain a connection between IS / IT & business Consumers and Customers.

As part of the Product Group Team, you will ensure a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best IT solutions.

Furthermore, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS / IT product requirements and will play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those IS / IT solutions. Key responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert for DMO (MES) recipe management module
  • Writing test scripts, perform testing and validation of the application
  • Creating DMO (MES) Application Documentation
  • Creation of DMO (MES) Server build documentation
  • Integration to the Automation layer (OPC, XML, etc.)
  • Integration to ERP (SAP) via DMO (MES) Configuration
  • Writing of SQL scripts and queries
  • Troubleshooting and analysis
  • Review Development (Agile Methodology)
  • Provide appropriate MES training to the Regions and System Integrators
  • Ensures that the Product / Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product
  • Secures that program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested
  • Ensure the training materials for the Product Group area are documented
  • Oversee the delivery of training to the end users, deployment and support team
  • Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain
  • Consults with product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
  • Coach, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS / IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS / IT strategy
  • Partner with business and IS / IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS / IT requirements
  • Partner with the BRM and Product Group Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
  • Consult with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions
  • Required Profile

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in implementing and integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems from key vendors (e.g. (Wonderware, Rockwell, GE, etc)
  • Experience in implementation of other solutions in Manufacturing processes
  • Experience in IT / IS project management (internal resources and vendors)
  • Usage of MS Project and MS Office tools
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial
  • Strong experience working in an Agile / DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Understanding of modeling techniques
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
