In line with MSC Cruises policies and procedures, the Spa Fleet Supervisor monitors the Spa Team on board, ensuring the smooth running of the Spa and the respect of high standard of services, helping the team in achieving retail and treatment sales targets as set by the company.
In line with Corporate instructions, audits the on-board SPA centres of the entire fleet;
Ensures that the Spa team on board is offering an excellent customer service to the guests;
Monitors the Spa team on board, helping the Spa manager in improving its performance;
Boosts the Spa Team on board and helps them reaching the company targets, by implementing new promotional and marketing campaigns;
Helps the Spa Manager in maintaining and controlling stocks and inventory as per company procedures;
Supports the Spa Manager in finding new ways of increasing the SPA revenues targets set by the Corporate SPA Division;
Participates to the set-up of Spa centres in the new buildings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (skills, competencies, experience)
Fluent in English. Any other European languages is plus;
High School graduate;
At least 5 years’ experience on cruise vessels is mandatory (of which 2 contracts as SPA Manager);
Good communication skills;
Well organized and problem-solving capacity.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, availability to travel.
