  • Prepare global agenda of trade shows, customer events and seminars, and coordinate the implementation in collaboration with Product Groups and Local Business Units
  • Develop concept, message and content (e.g. pictures, movies, presentations, product models) for trade shows, customer events and seminars in line with the business objectives
  • Maintain an image bank
  • Develop content and manage online channels to lead the communication around the events, in cooperation with the Business Unit web master
  • Monitor and track events, campaigns and activities including reporting on results and adjustments to improve effectiveness
  • Manage corporate identity and corporate design
  • Liaise with the team, other Business Units and Group to ensure all communications are consistent across messaging platforms and comply with brand principles
  • Manage vendors and partners and work closely with local organization on execution while ensuring final deliverables are completed on time and within the budget
  • Provides advice and supports with diverse communicative aspects to both internal customers and the Local Business Units
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor / university degree in Communications / Marketing
  • Min 5 years’ professional work experience in communications or marketing roles in B2B environment
  • Experience in developing / implementing integrated, multichannel marketing communication campaigns
  • Ability to express technically complex content in easy to understand form
  • Digital, collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor and report on progress
  • Fluency in business German and in English
  • High efficiency, very good organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and timely
