Marketing Manager Hyper™-Horology (CDD 12 Months)

Reporting to the Head of Rarities & Qlab, you will be in charge of the development and execution of all the 360 operational Marketing activities of the Q-Lab.

Q-Lab is the department in charge of HYPER™ Horology & Bespoke. You will be a key player in the success of this business unit, which is already a significant pillar of the Brand, and has much more potential to grow in the future.

This job combines strategic thinking and operational tasks. It requires a high autonomy, together with multitasks operational and organizational skills.

It will enable you to work with many departments of the Maison, getting quickly a high horology culture, and being part of the future of high horology!

Managing in autonomy all the operational Marketing activities of the Q-Lab, in cooperation with Marketing teams of the Brand, your main missions will include :

  • Concept : Develop the Marketing concept of the Q-Lab activity
  • CRM : follow up of the existing program, and development of an extended program (work in cooperation and coordination with CRM team)
  • Client experience in Q-Lab : Define and execute the client experiences for each client visit in Q-Lab (work in cooperation and coordination with Experience team)
  • Events : Coordinate with markets, Supply chain, Retail and Event teams, in order to organize successful HYPER™ Horology Roadshows in main cities worldwide, all year long, with dedicated sales targets.
  • Marketing tools : development of animation tools, merchandising and gifting (work in cooperation and collaboration with Communication and Experience teams)
  • Communication : Coordinate the communication and Visual identity development
  • Budget control and reporting

  • 5 years minimum of experience in Marketing, in a multitasking function, demonstrating high autonomy, with an international exposure (experience in start-up / autonomous project leader / business development is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience, with attention to details and rigorous implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in full autonomy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management
  • Client oriented : ability to treat end clients and work with empathy
  • Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up, and multicultural environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must, other languages are a +
