Position summary

It is an exciting time at Deloitte Switzerland as we continue on an agile journey in Human Resources. Against a business context that is rapidly evolving, we are building an HR environment that mirrors this.

Our People & Purpose (HR) department will play a key role in this.

What you can expect from us

  • You will be responsible for the whole life cycle of the employees and a variety of administrative HR processes such as maternity leave, family allowances, time / absence management, onboarding and offboarding employees, contractual changes and data maintenance in our core system SAP
  • You will be preparing finale and intermedia references, confirmation letters and contract addendums in French, English and German
  • You will be ensuring the checks for work and cross-border commuter permits and the renewals
  • You will take care of various mutations, checks and maintenance of employee data in SAP as well as tracking and processing initiation of monthly services such as anniversaries and extraordinary bonus payments
  • You will support our People Office when facing unique cases and will handle employee requests, queries regarding HR processes and guidelines
  • You will ensure an compliant and detail oriented execution of our end-to-end processes
  • Your qualifications

  • You have a commercial degree with further education in HR or a similar degree
  • You have 2 years of professional experience within HR Operations in an comparable position, Big4 experience is an advantage
  • You have excellent organizational as well as time management skills
  • You have a proactive mind-set and the ability to work independently and proactively, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels and being a strong team player
  • You have the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, by keeping attention to detail and manage tight timescales
  • You have excellent communication skills and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools and SAP HCM
  • You are fluent in English and German. French would be an advantage
