This position will be a key member of the I-O / Hematology Business Unit reporting directly to the Commercial Lead. This is a standalone position and has no direct reports.
It will require extensive travel ( 30% of time). This position has an important role to deploy business strategy across EU LR markets (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Malta).
In addition to hCelgene Hematology portfolio in Greece, Cyprus, Turkey & Israel. The role can be based in one of the locations in Europe - Poland, Switzerland or Hungary.
Job responsibilities : Understanding the overall business including business trends and BMS corporate strategy and contribute with execution in close interaction with Commercial Lead and Cross Functional Team.
Being accountable for the marketing of BMS Oncology / Hematology brands. Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring completion on a timely basis and within agreed budgets.
Analyzing and translating trends, threats and opportunities in the market place in terms of long-term business implications.
Developing / championing annual brand planning to optimize sales, market shares and profit margin while demonstrating superior forecasting analysis and control of brands expenditures.
Working cross-functionally and in a close collaboration with the partners in order to support integrated business strategies & execution.
Driving change by challenging the status quo. Identifying gaps and thinking strategically to bridge the gaps Interacting and building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
Initiating, building and maintaining strong relationships with key Thought Leaders and others within the medical community.
Working with access to ensure favorable pricing and reimbursement situations at all times. Working with medical to align on Life Cycle Planning and delivering specific actions / programs as required.
Aligning with WW brand teams on strategy, sharing and gaining relevant information as necessary. Training and developing sales force / KAMs / CSO teams, as appropriate, on product / competitor knowledge and promotional messages to the customers.
Working to the highest levels of integrity and compliance, adhering to BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.
oncology and / or Hematology preferred. Knowledge of Oncology / Hematology disease area. Demonstrates capacity to acquire scientific information.
Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly - agility to absorb new concepts. Ability to develop, implement and execute innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans.
Experience of working with Thought Leaders and experts in their field. Analyze data and ask insightful questions to make effective decisions-experiments.
Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams, effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management.
Ability to "flex" across different types of cultures, complexities, business situations and matrix partners. Broad and in-depth understanding of local and regional issues relative to the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills. Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement.
