Amaris Consulting is hiring! We are looking for a Business Architect or Analyst (m / f / d) to join our team in Zürich.
Your role :
Capture functional requirements using a variety of proven techniques to elicit latent needs, test their validity and relevance, resolve conflicts, and guide prioritization
Ensure the coverage of all use cases
Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs, verifying with user representatives / stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately depict the business needs
Prepare detailed requirements or functional specification documents which include essential non-functional elements
As needed, support other IT colleagues throughout the solution assessment and implementation lifecycle including : feasibility studies, fit-gap analyses, and developer briefingdevelopment of training materials and user documentation
Guide users in preparing for and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Aide in knowledge transfer and handover to the operation and support organizations
Your profile :
Education : degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst / Architect
Experience with analysis methodologies (IIBA-CCBA / CBAP; PMI-BPA), certifications are a plus.
Experience in interacting with various stakeholders in dynamic and complex IT environments with strong communication, listening, and client-oriented skills
Fluent in German and English
