In our B2B Cyber Defence Centre, we represent the view of our clientele. We build and maintain a good relationship with our customers.
To this end, we identify their needs and incorporate their wishes into the ongoing development plans of the service. We inform our customers about the resulting roadmap.

With growing levels of digitization, IT infrastructure is a key success factor for companies. To combat the associated risks, many large customers use our Security Services.
Security is essential for Swisscom. We aim to refine these services. Identifying and dealing with cyber threats is an integral part of this process.
You play a key role in shaping the newly created role of Customer Success Manager. To do this, you identify customer needs for responding to security incidents.
In addition, you help to continuously improve our SOC. You gain insight into many IT infrastructures and help shape the protection of our digital future.
