IBM Global Technology Services Switzland is looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive - Infrastructure Services .

Business Development Executives, with the skill set GTS Infrastructure Services, have the responsibility for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of GTS services business opportunities with key accounts, selected based on proactive market screening, targeting, and business analysis .

They develop extensive executive and senior management relationships in client organizations. They identify and develop the most attractive opportunities for resiliency, network, digital workplace, systems, cloud and security services for potential engagement with the client.

We are looking for a candidate with / which is

  • the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • superior organizational, problem solving, and time management abilities
  • thorough and analytical, with capability to apply logic to solve problems
  • passionate about providing solutions to challenging problems
  • passionate about leadership
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10-15 years of service sales experience
  • 5-10 years cross Industry expertise
  • Profound market and industry know-how, deep understanding of the impact of the digitalization to the customers business
  • Experienced in opportunity creation and -shaping
  • Access and proven relationship to clients on CXO level and other relevant stakeholder in the ecosystem
  • Advanced Business Development and Negotiation skills, able to create compelling business cases in and the clients IT and Business organizations
  • Advanced skills in consultative selling
  • Fluent in German and English language
  • Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
