The Group (Corporate) Digital Communications team develops innovative communications strategies across the globe. This role reports to the Head of Group Social Media Content and Channels and is responsible for digital creative, strong storytelling, and creating a positive user experience.
The role will develop creative for various initiatives across the enterprise through engaging content and leveraging digital platforms.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Constantly reviewing, assessing, and re-designing creative and project management processes to improve creative quality and increase the efficiency of projects
Lead design of original content across multiple digital platforms
Inspire internal digital campaign partners and ensure external partners
Work closely with Digital Media Leads to ensure creative aligns to business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure content is relevant to patient and other audiences across a number of therapeutic areas
Strong creative portfolio management and ability to handle multiple complex creative projects at once
Ability to adapt creative and supporting strategy based on insights of social media per-formance metrics.
What you’ll bring to the role :
Bachelor's degree in, Design, Marketing or related discipline
Fluent in English, any additional language skills is a plus
Minimum 10+ years in creative roles
Training as graphic designer or art director
Experience supporting global brands
Creating and executing campaigns across geographies and comfortable working in a data driven environment
Understanding of animation concepts
Key understanding of creative processes, systems, and tools.
