Your responsibilities will include :
NF’s focal point for a programmatic area and shapes the direction of NF’s work and investment in that area with partners
Independently identifies trends and opportunities to shape agendas in global health and propose solutions or innovations in his / her thematic area, and integrate those solutions that have a strategic fit in the NF policy work, scientific and / or real-world
Understands complex global health problems and can formulate strategies for engaging with leaders with vision, and / or build productive alliances to address burning questions in global health
Understands life sciences data sources, including EHR, social media and real world evidence
Project manages critical initiatives : plans enthusiastically, anticipates and actively manages change, sets partners expectations, identifies risks and independently drives issues to resolution, balancing multiple priorities
Build new partner networks and grow existing NF relationships - from government, academia, think tanks, foundations, private sector, civil society and international / multilateral organizations
Leads content development of key events convened or sponsored by the NF, in partnership with the NF team (define agenda, develop concept note and speaking points, brief speakers and disseminate outcomes / findings)
MPH or equivalent Master degree in Business, public health, business administration, clinical sciences, social sciences or equivalent
Minimum five years of work experience in global health, including planning, implementing and managing health initiatives
Fluent English written and spoken, French or German is an asset
Seniority in partner management and convening power within global health and in health system strengthening and / or health economics
Experience in real-world evidence collection, results-based planning and defining measurement systems, as well as expertise in public health policy and planning
Proven agility to work in environments that are fast-paced, showing strong flexibility and willing to take action attitude
Great collaborative skills across multicultural, interdisciplinary teams including internal and external members and partners around the world
Expert knowledge in public health policy and planning, as well as in managing global health programs
Experience in data science and digital health is a plus
Excellent presentation and representation skills
