Job description :

Provide technical and personnel management for sales staff in the market region of Western Switzerland

Personally support and manage the allocated customer portfolio in Payment Infrastructure and Solutions (Acquiring, POS and E-Commerce Acceptance)

Achieve turnover, contribution margin and sales volume targets

Exploit up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

Inform and instruct the sales staff in the sales region

Acquire new customers in the sales region

Report to the Head of Direct Sales in Zurich

Qualifications :

University degree or equivalent education, as well as longstanding professional experience in sales

Sound leadership skills - both professionally and in terms of discipline

Strong reporting, controlling and analysis skills

Native speaker of French and fluent knowledge of English and German

The incumbent should live in the region they will be covering
