Job Description

For our Group HR team we are looking for a dedicated personality as Lead Global STI Programs (m / f / d). The position encompasses the following main tasks :

  • You oversee all aspects of the group-wide annual short-term incentive management from promoting effective and compliant employee communication, accrual, and payout processes as well as governance and adherence to global standards and local regulations.
  • You are responsible to set-up operations of the short-term incentive programs for our Senior Management globally in cooperation with segment / group HR and Finance.
  • You analyze current structures and processes and define the operating procedures for the future centralized operation of the STI programs.

  • You lead the development, design, and drive the local implementation of the globally harmonized STI framework in line with our business and HR strategy.
  • You are responsible for the design of the operational and governance processes, and the selection and implementation of a system / tool to support centralized administration ensuring data security and protection is in line with legal standards.
  • Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Profound knowledge of compensation principles and practices as well as global regulations.
  • Solid experience in managing multi-country compensation programs within a large, global or regional organization with an excellent understanding of financial KPIs and data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a strong ability to present information in an objective and logical manner for effective decision making as well as a strong negotiation and influencing ability.
  • German language skills are an asset.

  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving ability and constructive collaboration across functions.
  • Affinity to IT systems and development.
  • Occasional travel required.
