A unique opportunity to join the COO team of Private Banking Latin America based in Zurich

  • Take over a portfolio of business development projects within a fast-paced and international environment
  • Drive profitable growth and strategic key initiatives from inception to execution across the Business Area
  • Act as a sparring partner of the Front organization in close collaboration with the Region Heads (Mexico, Conosur, Pacto Andino, EAM, including international offices)
  • Provide decision making support to the Business Area Head
  • Represent LatAm’s interests with Business Area’s stakeholders notably Divisional Strategy, Group Corporate Strategy, IWM CEO Office, as well as other divisions (Asset Management, Investment Banking, Global Markets)
  • An outstanding chance to build and strengthen a strong network across regions and functions within the bank
  • University degree or equivalent further education in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Do you have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the financial industry and / or strategic consulting firm?
  • Profound understanding of clients’ needs, banking services and products
  • Exceptional analytical, project management and conceptual skills
  • Persuasive personality combined with strong communication and presentation skills and a structured approach
  • Hands-on and service-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation to deliver pragmatic solutions
  • Effective team-player with proven leadership skills (informal or formal), strong presence and can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English required, proficiency in Spanish is a great benefit
