  • You create an inspiring learning and development strategy and develop innovative concepts, tools and products aligned to it.
  • You are building-up a competitive and exceptional capability management so our employees are ready for future challenges.
  • You will also work partly as a business partner to be close to the business needs and build strong relationships with our leaders and employees.
  • You define and maintain our partner network of trainers, schools and training facilities.
  • You will facilitate learning and development initiatives and programs and host train-the-trainer sessions.
  • You will track and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s), ensuring continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.
  • You are keen to collaborate in HR projects for organisational and cultural change.
  • You like to be part of a dynamic, young and rather fast paced company, where change is daily routine.
  • Requirements

  • You have a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar. Further education in HR is a plus.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR and 2 years in Learning and Development.
  • You are a committed, proactive and open person who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a team player with a reliable and independent way of working.
  • You are creative, innovative and always on the lookout for new trends in HR and especially Learning and Development.
  • You are not afraid to be in the spotlight as a trainer or subject matter expert.
  • You communicate easily and professionally in German and English.
