Your ROLE with usThe Sales Manager Digital Strategic Accounts is responsible for building a pipeline of qualified digital sales opportunities.
You will negotiate plans and implement key initiatives that will drive volume, market share growth and profitability in line with the sales strategy of DickiesLife.
You will be based in our offices in Stabio but this position requires travel throughout Europe.Main Accountabilities
Implement the business plan and deliver the achievement of volume and sales objectives.
Analyze the Digital market business and monitor the sales and brand strategy through current and historical trends in key performance indicators
Drive commercial agreement negotiations for all digital accounts to maximize return
Ensure that the availability of the product and the GTM approach is in line with the annual target, the market trends, launches / promotions and the main competitor's activities.
Constantly identify new business opportunities to guarantee further business growth.
Maintain expert knowledge of products and competition products.
Work with marketing department to ensure that the digital accounts can take full advantage of all marketing support.Qualifications
Bachelor / Master Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a (digital) sales function.
You are consumer focused and familiar with sell out figures.
You have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills and are familiar with stakeholder management.
You are an analytical and strategic thinker.
You have high energy and you are performance driven
Customer oriented management
Proficiency in English with a strong business vocabulary, spoken as well as written. French or / and German or / and Dutch is a plus.
